Another important recognition for Nelios. This time we have every reason to celebrate with great joy, since this is a significant certification that came from our own team and concerns our daily life!
Recently, the Nelios team was asked to anonymously evaluate the company for its culture and work environment via a questionnaire by Great Place to Work® Hellas organization. Factors taken into account were the respect for all employees, the degree of reliability of the management, the sense of fairness and pride in the company. The results highlighted Nelios as a Great Place to Work with an overall satisfaction rate of 90%!
More specifically, 97% of Nelios employees stated that they fully trust the company’s management (Leadership Behavior), with the indicators remaining high in Integrity, Justice & Credibility, with 95%, 96% & 93% respectively. The score for Teamwork was also high at 92%. Similarly, 93% of responses indicated Commitment (Engagement) to a people-centric workplace, while 94% felt that they work in a warm, pleasant & welcoming environment (Hospitality) where everyone can be themselves.
