Nestled in the serene landscapes of Kos island, KOIA All-Suite Wellbeing Resort began as a newly built boutique hotel in a destination mainly driven by Tour Operators. Together with our team at Nelios, we embarked on a challenging 2-year journey to showcase its unique holiday experience to the right audience. For starters, the resort was entirely new, with no reviews, relying solely on photorealistic renderings, which are, by default, the promotional hindrances of any brand-new property, and play a significant role in building trust and credibility for a brand in the hospitality industry. But at Nelios, we thrive on turning challenges into success stories.

During the pre-opening phase, our focus was on cutting through the competition using innovative, data-driven, and AI-powered campaigns to directly target wellness-seeking travelers. In the second phase, following the hotel’s official opening, we adopted a dual strategy that combined awareness-building and remarketing tactics. Using advanced digital marketing, data analytics, and AI, we crafted targeted campaigns to drive high-quality traffic directly to the resort’s website. This comprehensive approach enabled us to bypass the traditional OTA-dominated booking environment of the island, driving significant direct bookings to KOIA All-Suite Wellbeing Resort.
